Clayton Turner

July 12, 1906 - November 25, 1986

Clayton Turner was a son of Abie and Hattie (nee Lindsley) Turner.  Abie Turner was a son of Abel and Arvilla (nee Thompson) Turner, early pioneers of York Township.  Hattie Turner was a daughter of George and Sarah (nee Lawrence) Lindsley, who were also early settlers of York Township.  Sarah Lindsley was a daughter of Jesse and Almeda (nee Benedict) Lawrence, who were also pioneers of York.  Grant Turner, Price Turner, George Turner, Birdeen Turner, Myron Turner and Harriet Triska are siblings of Clayton Turner who have plots in York Center Cemetery.  Clayton Turner married the former Olga Wittke.[cemeteries/footer_gif.html]
