This Oakland Cheese Factory in Green Grove Township, Clark Co., Wisconsin.  It was located 2 miles south of Curtiss, (Hoard Township) on County Rd. E., then 1 mile west, on the southwest corner.  From 1935 to 1946, it was operated by Adeline and Laurence Krueger. 

Below is a picture of the Oakland Cheese Factory as it appeared in 1958. It made 2 and 5 pound loaves of Cheddar, Colby, Kummin-ost varieties which were sold by distributors in the central area of the state. Operators of the factory at that time were Gordon and Erma Munson.  They ran the business for 14 years.
