To date the photo, I can only offer that Eddie was born in 1894.  He is 5th from the left.  I am terrible at guessing ages of children!  Maybe you are better at it...?

I think this school was located in the NE corner of section 8 of "Township 29 North Range 2 East" as shown on Plat maps.
