Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Kramer, Belleville.

Mrs. Howell is the nice of Mable Larson, Abbotsford, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Thompson, Curtiss.

After August 1 Mr. and Mrs. Howell will be living in New York City, where he is an economics instructor at the City University of New York.

Mrs. Howell plans to attend graduate school at Hunter College.
