Carl, Francis “Butch” (Police Dept. - 1984)

Joining the Neillsville Police Department this week is Francis “Butch” Carl, 30. He comes with experience having worked for three years on the Greenwood Police Department. He was also associated with Greenwood’s ambulance and volunteer fire departments for the past eight years. Officer Carl attended Dist. I Tech-Eau Claire and graduated from police recruit school in 1981. Carl’s wife Kathleen and two-year-old daughter Nicole will be moving to Neillsville this summer.
