Father Schaefer renewed marriage vows on August 31, 1975 at St. Louis Catholic Church, Dorchester at an 8:15 a.m. mass for the 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Clemence Grajek, Route 1, Dorchester.

A buffet lunch was served to about 90 friends and relatives at the home of the couple following church services.

Mrs. Vernie Kirkpatrick and Mrs. Helen Polak, both of Chicago, and Joe Pawlak, Thorp, attendants at the wedding held on September 16, 1950, were in attendance also.

The couple farmed in Lublin for the first three years of their marriage, and then moved to Chicago for 20 years. They returned to the area two years ago.

The couple has two children, Linda and Jeffery, both living at home.
