Young, Susan Mary (13 August 1983)
Miss Susan Mary Young, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank J. Young of Wisconsin
Rapids, and James Anthony Zahradka, son of Mr. and Mrs. James J. Zahradka of
Route 1, Chili, were married August 13 during a ceremony performed by Rev.
Andrews K. Karoblis in SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Wisconsin Rapids.
Miss Lori Kobzo played the organ and Carol Saramandich sang along with Wayne
Jaworski playing guitar.
Jean Pederson of Spring Lake Park, Minnesota, was maid of honor while Sally
Young and Dawn Bluhm of Wisconsin Rapids, Kim Krings of Stevens Point and Amy
Young, Wisconsin Rapids, were bridesmaids. Kelly Pederson, Spring Lake,
Minnesota and Matt Young, Wisconsin Rapids, were flower girl and ring bearer,
respectively.
Mike Weber, Stratford, was best man. Groomsmen were Mike Zahradka of Marshfield,
Mike Bluhm of Wisconsin Rapids, David Ingle, Marshfield, and Bob Zahradka,
Chili, Ushering were Pat Young, Wisconsin Rapids, and Mark Zahradka, Chili.
The reception was at the Lions Club in Wisconsin Rapids, where supper was
served. The newlyweds are living at Chili.
The bride graduated from Lincoln High School, Wisconsin Rapids, and is a records
clerk for Sentry Insurance, Steven Point. Her husband, a Marshfield Senior High
School graduate and a graduate of the Millwright Apprenticeship School at
Mid-State Technical Institute-Wisconsin Rapids. He is a millwright for
Weyerhaeuser Co. Here.
