The class of 1955 of the Abbotsford High School held a reunion Saturday, August 8, 1970. This is the third reunion of the groom, and anther is being planned for five years from now.

The event, held at the Colby Hotel, began with a cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner.

Gerald Pinter was mater of ceremonies. A moment of silence was held for a deceased classmate, Marsha Pecher, and for their class advisor and English teacher, Mrs. Mary Nolan of Stevens Point, who was killed in a highway accident the day before.

Letter from classmates unable to attend were read by Mrs. Norma Kalepp, and the class prophecy was read by Mrs. Joanne Kunze.

Prizes were awarded to Warren German for sending the first reply; Elmer Schemenauer for having been the 15th; Delmar Vesley, the most recent birth; Dwight Treankler, Mrs. Ethel Brown, and Jerome Rueden, the most children, and Dwight Treankler, gained the most weight.

The committee for the 1970 reunionw as composed of Gerald Pinter, Mrs. Jerome Kunze and Mrs. Norma Kalepp.
