Laabs, Mr./Mrs. Herman (60th – 29 JUL 1973)
The Rev. and Mrs. Herman Laabs celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on
Sunday, July 29, 1973. Rev. Laabs was minister at St. John's Lutheran Church in
Withee (Clark Co., Wis.) from 1917 to 1922, and many friends will still remember
them. Pastor and Mrs. Laabs were married at Grafton, Wisconsin by the late Dr.
Schroeder. Most of their years have been spent in the Mayville community, where
they have lived since 1927.
