Barbara J. Horvatin, age 93, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at her home in West Allis.

Memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday December 12, 2018 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd, Hales Corners, Wisconsin.

Barbara J. Horvatin, Age 93, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at her home in West Allis, WI.

She was born on February 17, 1925 to Sylvia and Clyde McMillan in Bloomer, Wisconsin.

Barbara is survived by her loving family - children Toni (Fred), Peter (Bernice), John (Barbara), and Michael; grandchildren Kim (Tim), Dan (Kaonu), Lauren (Tony), and Paul (Danielle); eleven great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Proceeded in death by her husband Tony of 66 years, sister Myra, and brother Malcolm Peter.

Barbara gifted her remains to the teaching programs of the Medical College of Wisconsin. A devoted wife and mother, she also worked for many years as an aide in the Milwaukee Public Schools. Memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday 12/12/18 from 11 am to 1 pm at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd, Hales Corners, Wisconsin.
