Mr. and Mrs. Leo Slowiak, 115 East Lawrence Street, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.),
announce the engagement of their daughter, Janice, to Thomas G. Drehmel, son of
Dr. and Mrs. Gerald Drehmel, 281 Victory Street, Fall Creek, Wis.
Miss Slowiak is a 1968 graduate of Thorp High School, and is currently a senior
at Wisconsin State University, Eau Claire, majoring in elementary education.
Her fiancé is a 1971 graduate of Wisconsin State University, Eau Claire, and is
currently employed at Mason Shoe in Chippewa Falls.
A spring wedding is being planned.
