The Corpus Christi Procession of the Gilman, Sheldon, Jump River and Lublin cluster of parishes was led by Fr. Madanu Lourdu Raju, Joe Bielecki and the Knights of Columbus on June 10.

Accompanying the Blessed Sacrament were the Alter severs, the choir and the adults singing and praying. The children were throwing flower petals along the way while walking around the streets of Gilman.

Visiting priests, Fr. Balaraju Policitty from Barron; Fr. Showri Jojappa Pasala from Boulder Junction; Fr. Joseph Kumar Mayakuntla from Ashland; and Fr. Jojappa Madanu from Frederick took turns blessing the participants at each Alter.

ATV’s carried parishioners who wanted to participate but found it difficult to walk.

All felt blest to receive and send forth the blessings given by Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament on this beautiful evening. A potluck dinner preceded the walk.
