Crowley, Olga M. (1 MAY 1899 –12 DEC 1971)

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Owen, for Mrs. Olga Marie Crowley, 72, of Milwaukee, who died Sunday at Victory Memorial Hospital at Stanley, of an apparent heart attack.

Fr. George Becker, parish pastor, officiated at the final rites.

Serving as pallbearers were Bert Cattanach, Alan Burhop, Joe Olson, Warren Brown, Lester Jens and Newell Wilson.

Mrs. Crowley was born May 1, 1899 in Denmark, and came to this county at an early age. She was married in North Dakota in 1916 to Sopheous Larson, from whom she was divorced. Her second marriage took place in Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) in 1932, to Patrick Crowley, who preceded her in death in January 1959.

She resided in Owen from 1921 until 1959, and then made her home in Tomah and Milwaukee until the present time.

Survivors include two sons, Carl Larson, Brookfield; John Crowley, Milwaukee; a daughter, Mrs. William (Rose Marie) Micke Jr., Stanley; a step-son, James J. Crowley, Owen; a step-daughter, Mrs. R.N. (Alice) Kirkpatrick, Waukegan, Ill.; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Chester (Carla) Harper, Aurora, Oregon, and Mrs. August (Elnora) Brown, Oregon City, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
