G L E N W O O D  C I T Y , Wisconsin — Mrs. Gladys C. Rasmussen, 77, died Friday at Glenhaven Nursing Home here. The former Gladys Kurtz was born in the town of Springfield, St. Croix County. She married to Charles Rasmussen Oct. 11, 1921, in St. Paul. She lived in the Glenwood City area her entire life and worked at Our Own Hardware Store here for 40 years, retiring in 1975.

Survivors include one son, Charles, Glenwood City; one d a u g h t e r , M r s . D u a n e Frovold, North St. Pau l; two sisters, Mrs. Etta Hund, St. Paul, Mrs. Grace Fillbach, Hudson; one brother, Theodore Kurtz, St. Pau l; one stepsister, Mrs. Lena Sutton, Oregon state; seven grandchild re n and five g r e a t grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at United Methodist Church here, with burial in Glenwood City Cemetery.


Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at DeCamp-Everts Funeral home, and an hour before services Monday at the church.


The family prefers memorials to the donors choice.
