Matt was described by his friends and coworkers as an honest man, good at his job and to have a genuine laugh.

Matthew is survived by his father and step-mother, James and Paula Dittloff of Cambridge; his sister, Michelle Dittloff and her husband, Seth Wingrove; and their daughter, Gabriella of Madison, Miss.; step-sisters, Kelly (Christopher) Thompson of Milwaukee, Molly Isola (Tom Halloran) of Albuquerque, N.M.; and his step-brother, Matthew Neri of Jefferson.

Matthew was preceded in death by his mother, Donna; and his brother, Benjamin.

Memorial donations may be made to Fuego volcano relief in Guatemala through Global Giving, www.globalgiving.org.

Matthew visited this area with his family in 2012 and we believe he would have liked to help the people suffering there.
