Jagodzinski, Andrew John (4 JUL 1936 - 5 OCT 2017)

Andrew John Jagodzinski, age 81, of Athens, WI, died Thursday afternoon, October 5, 2017 at Aspirus Hospital, Wausau, WI surrounded by his loving family. Born July 4, 1936, in Rietbrock, WI, he was the son of the late Helen and Joseph Jagodzinski.

Andrew served in the Air Force for four years at Shaw Air Force base in Sumter, South Carolina. He met his wife Rosanne (Drewek) Jagodzinski of 60 years in High School in Athens, WI. They married on July 13, 1957 in Pontiatowski,, WI.

Andrew was the owner and operator of A-1 Enterprise in Athens, WI for more than 45 years. In his spare time he enjoyed playing cards, traveling, working outside and sharing time with family and friends.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Rosanne; son, Scott (Beth) Jagodzinski; daughter Vickie (Phil ) Barnard; and daughter Lisa (Kerry) Thomas; grandchildren Ashley, Allie, Andrew, Maddie, Jessie and Garrett; sisters, Dorthy Artus, Irene Cichon and Leona Braun

Andrew was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Martha Stencil and Deloris Krueger.

A Memorial service will be Thursday, October 12th, at 10:30 am with family visitation at 9:30 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Athens, WI. Burial service will be immediately following mass at the Pontiatowski Cementary in Pontiatowski, WI.
