Knickel, Olive (1891? – 13 January 1975)

Mrs. E. H. (Olive) Knickel, 83, of Marinette and formerly of the Granton area, died Monday afternoon, January 13, at a Marinette nursing home. Mrs. Knickel was the last surviving member of the Lon Stevens family of the Town of Sherman. Her late husband was a cheesemaker and operated the York dairy for many years.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Winifred) Rettke of Marinette, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews in the Granton, Loyal and Spencer area.

Private services were scheduled for Wednesday morning in Marinette.
