Hamann, Walter William (20 JUN 1919 - 30 AUG 2003)

Walter W. Hamann, 84, Town of Medford, died Saturday, August 30, 2003, at Memorial Health Center in Medford.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Sept. 2 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Whittlesey, with Rev. Randal Jeppesen officiating. Burial was in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Gary Neumann, Bruce Gebauer, Bob Halverson, Marvin and Jeff Kuenne, and Rex, Bill and Richard Hamann. Paul Esswein was an honorary pallbearer.

Walter is the son of William & Ida (Heiman) Hamann. He served in the US Army-Air Force during WW 2 and was married to Dorothy M. (Stolp), on September 8, 1945.

Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.
