Schley, Pearl M. (20 SEP1896 – 22 APR 1970)

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 25, 1970 at 2:00 p.m. at the Curtiss Christian Missionary Church for Mrs. Pearl M. Schley, who passed away April 22, 1970 at the Medford Memorial Hospital. She was 73 years of age. Rev. Arnold Woodring officiated, and burial was at the Thorp Cemetery.

Mrs. Pearl (Offord) Schley was born September 20, 1896. On December 12, 1918 she married George N. Shattuck, who preceded her in death on September 5, 1923. On January 26, 1926 she was married to Arthur Schley in Reader, N.D. They lived in Reader until 1935, then moved to the Town of Holway. In 1931 they moved to Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.). On December 17, 1967 Mr. Schley passed away. She had lived in Curtiss since 1951. She attended Dane County and Clark County schools.

Survivors include a sons, George, Shattuck, Route 2, Owen, a step-son, Vernon Schley of Minneapolis, Minn.; 3 grandsons, Roger, Lynn and Dale, and 3 great-grandchildren.
