The inauguration ceremonies gave us a chance to see Washington, D.C, even if we haven't had a chance to go there.

Parent's night at Granton High School for wrestling was called of on January 18 and rescheduled for February 1, because of the dense fog that evening.

The New York Homemakers met at the home of Mrs. William Naedler Jr. on January 18. She is the new Center Chairman for the Chili-Granton Center. The meeting was conducted by our new president, Bonne Bledsoe. The program for the year was discussed. The February meeting will be held at the home of Eleanora Reich on February 15.

Mr. and Mrs. Merle Bartsch and family attended the basketball game at Port Edwards on Friday evening. The Granton team played well and the game was very even all the way.
