Dahl, Eudell G. (28 OCT 1916 - 24 SEP 2017)

Eudell G. Dahl, 87, of Apache Junction, AZ, a former Medford resident, passed away on Sunday, September 24 at his residence in Apache Junction.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 6 at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford where there will also be military rites performed by the Medford Area Military Honors Team. Rev. James Krueger will officiate with interment following at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II.

Visitation will be at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford from 9 AM until the time of services at 11 AM on Friday, October 6.

Eudell was born on December 25, 1929, at Medford, to Fred and Eleanor (Riemer) Dahl. He attended the Town of Goodrich elementary school. On June 26, 1954, at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, he was married to Harriet J. Hamm. She preceded him in death June 4, 2010.

He worked at Hurd Millwork in Medford from 1947 to 1951. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War, from 1951 to 1952. For many years, he worked as a superintendent for Mathy Construction for 30+ years until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling.

Eudell was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford, the Medford VFW Club and a lifetime member of Operating Engineers Union.

He is survived by a daughter, Linda (Mike) Louther of Apache Junction, AZ, daughter-in-law: Deb Dahl of Medford, granddaughter Jessica (Al) Ksionek of Englewood, CO and great-granddaughter Cassandra Ksionek of Englewood, CO.

Eudell is further survived by his siblings, Lyle Dahl of Medford, Jackie Faber of Medford, Evangeline Becker of Athens, and Elroy (Diane) Dahl of Medford.

He is predeceased by his parents, Fred and Eleanor (Riemer) Dahl, son Lance G. Dahl in 2016, and brother Lester Dahl.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for a future designation
