Dylo, Anne E. (Prasnicki) (15 SEP 1919 - 29 SEP 2016)

Anne E. Dylo, age 97, of Putnam, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016 in Liberty Village in Princeton, Ill.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1 in St. Patrick’s Church in Hennepin, Ill., with father Patrick DeMeulemeester officiating. Burial was held at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Hennepin, Ill.

Visitation was held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Helmer-Shields Funeral home in Granville, assisted the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Dylo was born on Sept. 15, 1919 in Gilman, to the late Alois and Agnes (Trulick) Prasnicki.

She married Edward J. Dylo on April 11, 1942 in Chicago, Ill. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society of St. Alexis Church in Bensonville, Ill., Lake Thunderbird Friendship Club and Food Share in Peoria, Ill.

Mrs. Dylo is survived by three daughters, Janet (Edwin) Goode of Putnam, Linda Stritzel of Maple Park, Ill., Debbie (Tim) Newton of Florida; two sons, Dennis (Audra) Dylo of Putnam, Michael (Toni) Dylo of Lindenwood, Ill.; three brothers, Martin (Loretta) Prasnicki of Gilman, Hank (Dorothy) Praznicki of Big Stone City, S.D., Phillip Prasnicki of Gilman; thirteen grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Dylo was preceded in death by her husband, in 1994, three brothers, four sisters and two grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the donors favorite charity.
