Moeller, Johanna (15 MAY 1880 – 9 NOV 1966)

An 86 year old Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, Mrs. Hans Moeller, died at St. Joseph's Hospital at Marshfield on November 9th, 1966 following major surgery.

Funeral services were conducted at two o'clock Saturday afternoon, November 12, from the Hoeper and Kraut Fuenral Home, Rev. Arnold Woodring officiating, with burial being made at Riverside Cemetery.

The deceased was born May 15, 1889 at Dolger, Germany. Her first husband, the late H. Lorenz, was killed in Germany during Wolrd War I. She later came to America, settling at Merrill, where she and Hans Moeller were united in marriage on January 17, 1936. The couple farmed near Merrill until 1963, when they moved to their present home in Owen.

Her passing is mourned by her husband, Hans, City; and two nephews, Hugo and Erich Muechler, both of Milwaukee.
