Tomandl, Kristin M. (Seppi) (2 JAN 1968 - 21 JUL 2010)

Kristin M. Tomandl, age 42, of W3048 County Road C, Medford, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Memorial Health Center, Medford E.R. where she was taken earlier by ambulance.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 26 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating. Interment will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, Medford.

Pallbearers will be Stacey and Ryan Seppi, Joe and Sam Tomandl, Jeremy Goessl and Lee Hraby.

Visitation will be at 4-8 P.M. Sunday, July 25 at the Hemer Funeral Home, Medford where there will be a 7:45 P.M. Prayer Service and also from 12:00 P.M. Noon till 1:45 P.M. Monday, July 26 at the Hemer Funeral Home, Medford.

Kristin was born on January 2, 1968 at Hibbing, St. Louis Co., Minnesota, to Ernest L. and Rosalind E. (Rantala) Seppi.

She was a 1986 High School Graduate from Marshall, Minnesota and received her Bachelor’s from the UW-Green Bay in Environmental Science.

On June 20, 2007, in Medford, she married Michael “Mike” J. Tomandl. He survives.

She worked at the Star News in Medford where she was in reception and sales for a couple of years. She also helped her husband on the family dairy farm for the past 2 ½ years. Kristin enjoyed the outdoors, boating, fishing, gardening, walking with her dogs, traveling and reading. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford.

Kristin is survived by her husband, Michael “Mike” J. Tomandl of Medford, siblings, Stacey Seppi of Alaska and Ryan Seppi of Arizona, Stephanie Seppi of Minnesota, nieces Jennifer Frazier of Medford and Jessica Frazier of Minnesota; paternal grandmother: Mary Seppi of Buhl, Minnesota; also survived by other relatives and many friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, Ernest L. and Rosalind E. (Rantala) Seppi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial’s can be made to Kristin’s family to be designated at a later date.
