Chili (2 Jan 1919)

Dr. Hoesly of Granton was seen on our streets Sunday.

James Farning was a Chili visitor Monday.

Andrew Lye died at his home three miles northwest of Chili Friday and was buried Monday.

Bernice Eise is reported to be quite sick with pneumonia.

Oswald Hennenger came home from Camp Grant on a short furlough to spend Christmas with his family.

Mr. and Mrs. Peter Peterson are rejoicing over the arrival of a baby boy.

Esther Sparks spent Christmas with her sister, Mrs. Reuben Fields of Heathville.

Mrs. Agnes Tuscherre is reported very sick.

Clark Waterman is entertaining the flu.
