Granton Zion Lutheran Church (New Pastor - 1974)

A service for the installation of the Rev. Everett Schleef as pastor of Zion Lutheran Church in Granton was held at 8 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church Sunday. The Rev. Dr. Lloyd Goetz of Wausau and the Rev. Richard Muehl were liturgists. Other area pastors who took part were; E. L. Wendling, of Wisconsin Rapids, R. Jose of Almond, E. T. Keller of Pittsville, E. T. Messerschmidt of Marshfield, Ronald Goetsch of Marshfield and Dale Trimberger, Marshfield.

The Choir of Granton Lutheran Church sang, “Just a Closer Walk with Thee.”
