Butler (21 March 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Altmann and family of Marshfield spent Sunday at the Arthur Reineke home.

Mrs. Sylvia Winterer and Mr. and Mrs. David Kile, Sr., of Thorp, and Mr. and Mrs. David Kile, Jr., and daughter of Menomonie, enjoyed Sunday dinner with Mrs. John Kile and Kenneth at their home. David Jr., is attending school in Menomonie.

The Rev. and Mrs. LeRoy Gross of Greenwood were dinner guests at the Rev. Palmer home Monday.

On Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Morrison visited the Dick Schlinsogs in Marshfield.

Mrs. Reuben Burrington of Albertville and Mrs. Ralph McIntyre and daughters of Elk Mound spent Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Pirl Burrington.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cesafsky of Eau Claire visited at the Collins home Tuesday.

The Thorp Fire Department was called to our neighborhood Friday. Oliver La Flex had a bad chimney fire.

Mrs. John Kile called on Mrs. Chester Daines Friday evening.

Mr and Mrs. Dewayne Parent and son of Humbird, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Burrington of Elk Mound, were dinner and supper guests at the Pirl Burrington home Sunday.

Mrs. Mildred Toya and Mrs. Charles Ellis of Eau Claire called on the Rev. and Mrs. Harold Palmer Monday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Francis Alverson of Willard and Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Brown of Greenwood visited Mr. and Mrs. John Bizjak Sunday.

Sunday visitors at the Collins home were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wavrunek and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Haut of Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Vilas Emberson of Greenwood were dinner guests at the Rev. Palmer home Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. John Bizjak called on Ed Bizjak at the Neillsville Memorial Hospital Saturday.

Mrs. Pirl Burrington attended a Dairyland chapter meeting of cooks in Mondovi last Thursday.
