East Washburn (14 Nov 1918)

The latest victims of the flu are Mollie Kissling and little sister.

Mr. Hamilton had an auction Friday on the Fred Hohenstein farm.

Elroy Hohenstein has returned to his home in Chicago after spending the summer in the Art Williams’ home.

Jim Johnston and sister returned home Friday from Michigan, where they were in attendance at their sister’s funeral.

Mrs. Johnson and Kittie are spending a few days in Kalamazoo, Mich., before returning home.

Mr. Harskie enjoyed a fine time Sunday celebrating his birthday with a goodly number of the neighbors.

Opal Ferguson is working for Arnold Drescher.

Pearl Machael is sick at the home of her mother-in-law.

John Kauth had milling done in Pittsville Friday.

Sam Ferguson and wife moved to Granton for the winter, leaving the young folks on the farm.
