Miss Judith Ann Broeske and Gary Thomas Jicinsky were united in marriage Saturday, Sept. 21, 1968, during a one o'clock ceremony at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Staratford, with the Rev. Thomas J. Rudolph officiating.

Parents of the bridal couple are Mr. and Mrs. Clyde L. Broeske, route 1, Dorchester, and Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose Jicinsky, route 2, Stratford.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, appeared in a gown of Irish lace and crepe in empire styling,w ith an A-line skirt and long V-train of lace outlined with crepe. Her headpiece matched her gown. She carried a bouquet of white gardenias accented with fall leaves.

For her attendants she chose Miss Susa Kay Broeske to be her maid of honor and the Misses Rose Jicinsky and Gail A. Broeske to be her bridesmaids.

They were attired in floor length formals made with leaf patterned velvet bodices and slim crepe skirts, in brown for the maid of honor, and gold for the bridesmaids. They carried fall colored small gardenias.

Don Redetzke was the best man, and Gene Jicinsky and Larry Broeske were the groomsmen.

Miss Barbara Jicinsky and Byron Broeske were flower girl and ring bearer.

Seating the guests at the church was performed by Dennis Lengteau and Alan Jicinsky.

Festivities of the wedding day included a reception at Holiday Lanes after the ceremony until 4 o'clock, dinner in the church basement at 4:30, and a wedding dance at Dorchester Hal in the evening.
