Prien, Jr., M-Sgt. Milton W. (Military Notes - 1973)
M-Sgt. Milton W. Prien Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton W. Prien, Sr., of Rt. 1
Abbotsford, has received the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service while
engaged in military operations against enemy forces at Takhli Royal Thai AFB,
Thailand. Sgt. Prien was cited for his performance while assigned to the 6280th
Combat support group at Takhli Royal Thai AFB, Thailand. A 1948 graduate of
Spencer high School, he entered the air force later that year.
