East Weston-West York (29 Aug 1918)

Lew Brown and family and Anton Schaefer and family autoed to Marshfield Sunday.

Fred Bremer and wife and Mrs. Wm. Buettner autoed to Wausau Sunday.

Mrs. Asa Darling of Milwaukee was a guest at the R.B. Armitage home last Thursday and Friday.

Hallie Stockwell is still on the sick list. Some of his neighbors helped haul rock for his barn basement the other day.

Miss Gerda Tiller of Eau Claire has accepted the position of teacher of the Forman district school for the coming year.

Three threshing outfits in the neighborhood makes them hustle to get crews to help.
