Cpl. Harold O. Hendrickson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Hendrickson, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), received his honorable discharge at Camp Grant, Ill., on Nov. 14, 1948.

He entered service at Fort Sheridan, Ill., Sept. 8, 1942, and received his training at Camp Stewart, Ga., leaving for overseas March 5, 1943. He was a truck and jeep driver.

Harold wears the service stripe, five overseas service bars, the ETP ribbon with six battle stars, the Good Conduct medal, World War II Victory Medal, and the Purple Heart.

He arrived in the states Nov. 6.
