Marriage vows were repeated Saturday, April 29, between Miss Virginia Wolfmeyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Wolfmeyer of St. Louis, Mo., and Airman 3rd Class Michall Hutchins, son of Mrs. Leroy Fritsche of Colby and grand son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fecker of Abbotsford. The double ring ceremony took place during a 10 o’clock nuptial mass at St. Liborius Catholic church, St. Louis, with the Rev. Gene Bendell officiating.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attired in an empire styled gown with lace bodice and long satin and nylon skirt. A pearl headpiece held her shoulder length veil. She carried a colonial nosegay arrangement of white carnations and stephanotis.

Her sister, Miss Margaret Wolfmeyer, was her maid of honor and a friend, Miss Karen Simpson, was bridesmaid. They wore floor-length formals made with a white lace yoke and blue crepe skirts and matching headpieces with small veils. They carried nosegays of blue carnations.

Kenneth Wolfmeyer, an uncle of the bride, was the best man, and Edwin Wolfmeyer, a brother of the bride, was groomsman. Her cousins, Charles Wolfmeyer and Sam Cillufro, performed the ushering duties.

For her daughter’s wedding Mrs. Wolfmeyer chose a 3-piece pale green knit suit with white accessories. She wore a cream colored orchid corsage. The groom’s mother wore blue accessories with her 2-piece light blue lace dress and coat ensemble, accented with a pink orchid corsage.

Following the ceremony, a small reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents.

Airman 3C Hutchins is a 1964 graduate of Newman high, Wausau, and enlisted in the air force in June, 1964. He is with the medical corps and was at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, Ill., the past two and one-half years. He will be with his bride in St. Louis two weeks and will leave May 17 from San Francisco for a 14 month tour of duty in Japan.

The new Mrs. Hutchins will remain in St. Louis where she is employed as a secretary for Blue Cross-Blue Shield.

Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Fritsche of Colby attended the wedding of her son.
