Jenswold, Mary (? - 30 March 1973)

Mrs. Mary Jenswold, 89, died Friday in the Black River Falls hospital after a short illness. She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons, Gordon of Humbird and George, who died in the armed service.

She was a kind neighbor, a member of the Methodist Church, the United Methodist church women and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Mrs. Jenswold is survived by a son, Walter, of Eau Claire; and two brothers.

Funeral services were conducted this afternoon from Jensen Funeral Home at Hixton. The Rev. Ralph Walker officiated. Burial was made in the Mentor Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Jenswold, 89, who died in a Black River Falls hospital following a short illness, were held from the Jensen Funeral Home in Hixton with the Rev. Ralph Walker officiating. Burial was made in the Mentor Cemetery.

Those from out-of-town who attended the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wittren, New Hartford, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wittren, Waterloo, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wittren, Rochester, Mn.; Mrs. Margaret Wittren, and Jerry, Altoona; Mrs. Doris Wittren Olson and Mrs. Kleinst, Augusta; Mrs. Roy Engel and Gordon, Green Bay; Mr. and Mrs. David Heron and Clarence Czerwonka, Eau Claire; Mrs. Henry Moen, Fall Creek; Mrs. Clarence Olson, Mrs. Howard Pierce, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Brauner and Joseph Hovak, Black River Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Archie Bequette and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Losey, Fairchild.
