Carl Christensen hauled cheese for the North Star Factory Tuesday and Friday.

Milton Hawley hauled a load of wood to his father's at Greenwood Friday.

Misses Ila and Lola Mae Swieso and Kenneth White spent Sunday afternoon at the Herb White home.

Miss Dorothy Esselman, R.N., of Marshfield, visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.B. Esselman on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Milton Hawley and son Wilbur visited at the home of the former's sister, Mrs. Ernest Hannah, Thursday, to get acquainted with their new nephew, born March 13.

Mrs. Walter Swieso and children Ila and Wilbert spent Thursday afternoon at the John Kelty home at North Beaver.

Herb White assisted with unloading a car of government wheat to the farmers in need, Saturday and the first of the week at Loyal.

Miss Marjorie Hawley of Neillsville and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Knoll Sr. of Heathville were Wednesday dinner guests at the Milton Hawley home. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hawley and children called there in the afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Perry Palmer, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Drake of Greenwood called at the Walter Swieso home Sunday.

Margaret Gravitter and Leonard Rueth, who have been sick with scarlet fever, and the Clair Lyon children who were victims of small pox, are better and patiently waiting to be…(the rest of the article was cut off)
