Davel, Alexander (02 April 1910 - 02 May 1969)
Word was received of the death of Alexander B. Davel, 59, of Milwaukee, a former
Loyal resident. He died of complications Friday, May 2, at Misircordia Hospital.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, may 5, at the Raasch Funeral Home and
then at the Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Burial was in Holy Cross
Cemetery.
Me. Davel was born April 2, 1910, at Loyal, and lived at Marshfield from 1940 to
1948. He was a member of the Electrical Union No. 494.
Survivors include his wife, the former Gertrude Bichler; a son, Vincent,
Valparaiso, Ind; four grandchildren; two brothers, Bernard and William, both of
Loyal; and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Fiegel, Milwaukee; and Mrs. Helena Plath,
Neenah.
