Members of the Lublin Legion have completed the remodeling of the interior of the local club hall.

Mrs. Celia Grabski returned to her home on April 17th, but due to a relapse of her recent illness, was returned to the Stanley hospital where she is a patient.

Mesdames Pauline and Alice Lencz spent the evening of April 19th visiting with Mrs. David Goebel and recently born son at their rural home in Gilman.

Jerry Zelinski, grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wasylko, who is from Chicago, is spending a week with his grandparents.

The Village Board had its third special meeting Monday evening to further plans on the pending new fire hall and village meeting hall.

Several men of the Bellinger and Lublin area spent the past weekend at Ashland fishing for smelt. The Monday fishermen endured a snowfall of 3 inches.

A son, James Eugene, was christened at the Russian Orthodox Church on Sunday, April 24 by Father Emilan Gloca. The infant is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Petruszak. Sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Bud Scherus of Chippewa.

Mesdames Ella Welgos, Shirley Elkins, Lorraine Ebben, Delores Boone and Alice Lencz participated in the Bowlerama at Marshfield last Sunday.

Word was received from the Krakowiecki's, who are vacationing in Orlando, Fla., and they will be gone a couple more weeks before returning to their home.

Mr. and Mrs. Mike Lencz spent Tuesday evening with the Dale Hokkanen's at Rosholt, the occasion being the birthday of their oldest son, Michael.
