Mr. and Mrs. Orville Manier took a group of young folks from the Maple Grove Church of the Brethren to Perkinstown Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Godke and sons of Boyd and Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Drost and children were Sunday supper guests at the Mrs. Catherine Godke home.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Miller were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Mary Krueger at Sparta. In the afternoon Mrs. Krueger and the Don Millers visted at the Kenneth Swope home at Tunnel City and helped the Kenneth Swopes celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Smith visited at the Dick Brandt home Tuesday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Bart Brandt visited at the Joe Horban home Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Wm. Ecker will entertain the Social Circle at her home Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 28. Mrs. Lyle Gilert, Mrs. Paul Gustafson, Mrs. Wilfred Mohr, Mrs. Charles Nitz, Mrs. Ervin Smith and Mrs. Gibby Mathiesen will furnish articles for an auction.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Miller visited at the Wilfred Shilts home Tuesday.

Mrs. Anna Paap spent Sunday with the George Paap's.

Mr. and Mrs. John Brandt and family of Thorp and Don Brandt of Eau Claire visited at the Bart Brandt home Saturday.

Mrs. Bart Brandt spent Monday with Mrs. Anna Paap, while Bart Brandt and Joe Horban made a business trip to Wis. Rapids.
