Weidman, Guy H. (14 OCT 1930 - 3 JUN 2014)

Guy H. Weidman, age 83, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Private family services will be held at a later date. Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home in Spencer is assisting the family with arrangements.

Guy was born October 14, 1930 the son of Ralph and Eva (Hogue) Weidman. He attended the Long Wood Schools. He served his country proudly in the US Navy.

In 1953 Guy was united in Marriage to Marcella Sersch. After a long battle of cancer Marcella passed in 2003. On February 14, 2005 Guy was united in marriage to Audrey (Jensen) Kienholz.

The couple spent nine happy years together. Guy was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Spencer and the American Legion Post No. 175 in Loyal. Guy worked as a dairy farmer throughout his life. He enjoyed farm life and spent a lot of time building garages and barns. He also drove truck for different companies over the years.

Mr. Weidman leaves behind his wife: Audrey Weidman; and his children: Bonnie, Roger (Jill), and Ronald. He is further survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as siblings: Ralph Jr. (Louise) Weidman, James (Kitty) Weidman, and Paulette Spindler.

Guy is preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Eva; a stepmother: Dorothy Weidman; a son: Richard Weidman; 4 sisters; 1 brother; as well as his first wife Marcella.
