Services were conducted Thursday afternoon at Christ Lutheran church at Abbotsford for Seth Barker, who died Aug. 10. The Rev. LeRoy Urman officiated and burial was made in the Abbotsford cemetery.

Pallbearers were six grand sons: Walter Graffunder, Gerald Barker, Ronald Graffunder, Duane Barker, Larry Barker and Donald Oehlinger.

Kenneth Schultz, accompanied at the organ by Diane Schultz, sang “What A Friend We Have In Jesus” and “Heaven Is My Home”.

Attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. John Sparhawk, Mrs. Anna Sprague and Walter Malchow, Stevens Point, Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Zenker and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Oltman, Park Falls, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Barker and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Barker of Mayville, Miss Barbara Barker, Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hardinger and family, Wausau, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Dorazio and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hunt, Colby, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Barker and family, Merrill.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Barker of Spencer, Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Barker, Loyal, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Bertel Miller, Clarence Miller, Withee, Mrs. Harvey Malchow, Miss Ilene Malchow and Mr. and Mrs. Gay Graffunder and daughters, Medford, Mrs. Fred Schroeder, Kekoskee, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Mueller of Loyal, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Woik, Owen and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schultz, Marshfield, and many relatives and friends from Abbotsford and Dorchester.
