Miss Patricia Ann Schultze, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max Schultze Sr., rt. 3, Stanley, became the bride of Herman Russell Mason, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry mason, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), Saturday afternoon, sept. 3, 1966 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Thorp. The Rev. Robert Olson performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of Chantilly lace fashioned with a Sabrina neckline and a four matching train attached to the waistline with a small rose. A crown of seed pearls secured her shoulder length veil and a bouquet of cymbidium orchids and roses completed her ensemble.

Miss Jean Schultze was the maid of honor for her sister, and the bridesmaids were Mrs. Scott Mason, Thorp and Miss Carolyn Doege, Milwaukee. Each wore a floor length gown of light blue taffeta featuring round necklines and a small train fastened with a bow at the back of the neckline, and carried blue and white carnations. Miss Kathleen Schultze, niece of the bride, was the flower girl. She wore a white floor length dress with lace top, puffed sleeves and four tiered skirt, carrying a white lace basket with white baby mums and red tea roses. The ring bearer, Ronald Schultze, nephew of the bride, carried a white satin pillow on which the rings were fastened with blue ribbons.

The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Scott Mason, as best man. Russell Mason and John Schultze were groomsmen, and Ronald Schultze, Milwaukee, and Darwin Mason, Thorp, were ushers.

Mrs. Harold Isenberger, organist, played "Oh, Perfect Love", "Oh Promise Me" and "Wedding Prayer." Harold Isenberger was the soloist.

The reception was held for 200 guests at the Legion Hall in Thorp, and the 5:00 dinner served at the church parlors. Miss Nancy Franz, niece of the bride, cut and served the wedding cake. Dancing was enjoyed at the Legion Hall following the dinner.

The mother of the bride chose a blue nylon two piece dress and the groom's mother was attired in a pink two piece suit. Each had a corsage of cymbidium orchids.

The couple is making their home in Milwaukee, where they both are employed. The bride, a graduate of Thorp High School, is secretary for T.T. Baird, broker.

Guests attending the wedding were from Bensonville, Ill., Crossley, Minn., Towner, N.D., Have, S.D., Sturgis, S.D., Milwaukee, Madison and the surrounding area.
