Richard A Kauth, Milwaukee, age 37, died suddenly at his homeWednesday, November
29 of a heart attack.
A funeral Mass was offered Friday morning in Milwaukee and then the body was
brought to the Myre Funeral Home in Loyal where a wake service was held that
evening.
Services were conducted Saturday at10:39 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church
in Loyal. The Very Rev. Norbert E. King officiated and burial was made in the
parish cemetery.
Pallbearers were Donald and Dexter Brue, Robert Bauer, Mike Weyer, Alfred Meyer
and Oscar Fricke.
Mr. Kauth was born on June 3, 1930 at Milwaukee and lived there until he was
about 15 years old. He came with his parents to the Chili area and graduated
from Granton High School. After graduation he joined the U. S. Marine Corps.
After the service he lived in Milwaukee and was employed on the Rescue Squad of
the Milwaukee Fire Dept.
In 1952 he married Carol Brue in California.
Besides his wife he is survived by four daughters, Kathryn, 14, Patricia 10,
Suzanne, 8, and Cynthia, 7; one son Michael, 12; all at home. One brother, Leroy
and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Kauth, Greenwood.
