Kalson, Lois J. (Gebert) (12 JUL 1932 - 21 DEC 2013)

Lois J. Kalson, 81, Muscatine, Iowa, formerly of Marshfield, died on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at her home. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 17, 2014 at Rembs Funeral Home where the family will receive relatives and friends on Friday from 4:00 pm until service time. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Lois was born on July 12, 1932 in Little Black, Taylor County, Wisconsin, the daughter of John and Minnie (Storbeck) Gebert. She retired from Weyerhaeuser.

She is survived by 2 sons and a daughter, Richard W. Kalson (Jenny) of Conway, SC, Robert J. Kalson (Becky) of San Antonio, TX, and JoAnn Kalson-Vernon (Roger) of Muscatine, IA.

She is also survived by 3 sisters, Dolores Seubert of Dorchester, Donna (Bob) Lindberg of San Antonio TX, and Joan Vetter (Jim) of Fall Creek, WI, 2 brothers, Jerry (Betty) Gebert of Holcombe, WI, and Ronald (Pat) Gebert of Dorchester.

She is further survived by 8 grandchildren, Richard, Jamie, Amanda, Shayla, Cassie, Mattie, Justus and Jason, 11 great grandchildren, Cory, Erin, Caden, Matthew, Joash, Cooper, Cambria, Gwen, Lillian, Chase and McKenna.

She was predeceased by her parents, and 4 brothers.
