Rossman, Paul #2 (28- FEB 1873 - 09 MAY 1943)

Word was received here Monday of the death of Paul Rossman, who passed away at his home in Ahsahka, Idaho on Sunday, May 9, 1943.

Mr. Rossman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Rossman Sr., was born in the Town of Beaver on February 28, 1873 and was married to Miss Helen Humke on July 4, 1901. They resided in and around Greenwood for many years. While in the city he was in partnership with Mr. Fricke and later with Steiger and Schwarze. The store was in the building now occupied by the Schiller Furniture store.

He is survived by his wife, a son Arthur of Spokane, Wash., a daughter Mrs. Jess Honeywell (Leone) of Portland, Oregon, five grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Darton of Loyal; Mrs. Thos. Cochran of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Mage Mutting of Medford, Ore., and a brother Alfred of Idaho.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Wm. and a sister, Mrs. Lida Cochrane.

Funeral services were held in Portland, Oregon on Wednesday afternoon, May 12th and he was laid to rest there.

Mr. and Mrs. Rossman visited here last fall and returned to Idaho in January.
