John Petkovsek is patient at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Mr. Mrs. Erwin Toburen and son and Mrs. Wm. Toburen visited at Cochrane Sunday. Mrs. Wm. Toburen remained for longer visit.

Mrs. Sophia Sparks of Wisconsin Rapids visited last week at the Carl Nelson home. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson took her to Wis. Rapids Sunday.

Clint Asplin is confined to his home with high blood pressure.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Warner spent from Sunday until Wednesday at the H.L. Flatz home at Bear Lake.

Mr. and Mrs. John Verschay Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Grap and daughter Anna visited George Vivoda at the Wis. General Hospital, Madison on Sunday.

Miss Nancy Scherer spent last week at the Dale Armitage home in Humbird.

Mrs. George Scherer and family and Mr. and Mrs. Clint Asplin spent Sunday in Humbird.

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hanlan and daughter Mary Ann of Gary, Ind. arrived Saturday to visit at the Wm. Kavanaugh home. On Sunday, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kavanaugh, Kay and Jimmy and Mr. James Kavanaugh, all went to a cottage near Bruce for a week.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Allred and daughter Jean of Falls Church, Va. arrived Monday to visit her father, Louis Haunschild, her brother, Harlan Haunschild and family, and her sister, Mrs. Albert Neuenfeldt and family.

Coleen Dyre, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Godfrey Dyre, who fell from a horse a week ago, and who had been taken to St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield for surgery, returned home Saturday.

Miss Lydia Varney, who has been visiting her brother, Geo. Einfeldt, left for Maywood, Ill. last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Checky and family moved to Milwaukee the first of the week.

Mrs. C.J. Carter, who recently returned from several months visit with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Maurico de Pages at Buenos Aires, South America, is spending some time with Mrs. A. Armstrong at her cottage near Hayward.

Mr. and Mrs. I.J. Koschak and daughters visited Mrs. Koschak's father, Frank Francel, at Willard Saturday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Koschak of Waukegan, Ill. recently visited with Mr. and Mrs. Lud Koschak and family at their new home near Virginia Beach, Va. Lud Koschak is now assigned to a jet fighter squadron, presently stationed at Oceana, Va.

Miss Melva Afkend accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Afkend of Abbotsford to Dodgeville where they spent Saturday night with relatives and on Sunday went to Richland Center, where they attended the Golden Wedding anniversary of the uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Ashton Reagles. Others who attended were Mrs. May Little of Eau Claire; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Edwards and daughter Shirley, Loyal, and Mr. and Mrs. Martin Afkend.
