Farmers have most of all of their seeding done.

Quite a few are having mumps.

Mrs. Wm. Wheeler visited at Mrs. W.K. Armitage's last week.

A memorial sermon was preached at the church for W.K. Armitage by Rev. Bastow last Sunday.

Mrs. Chas. Shaw returned home last Saturday from a visit with her daughter, Mrs. Ed Tricker, near Madison.

Willis J. Armitage bought a horse from Ross Paulson recently.

Mr. Neis bought a horse from the Mead brothers at Neillsville a short time ago.

Mrs. Albert Neis and children left here a few days ago to join her husband at Prairie du Sac where he has work.
