Palmer, Mr. and Mrs. Fred (Golden - 1969)

Approximately 100 guests attended open house at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Palmer in observance of their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday.

During the afternoon they received a congratulatory telegram from Congressman David Obey.

Guests included: Mr. and Mrs. Paul Martin of Corvallis, Ore.; Warren Schmutzler, Mr. and Mrs. Rueben Hoeft and Mr. and Mrs. Elden Elsesser of Beaver Dam; Mrs. Dorothy Mueller and daughter, Patricia, and Mrs. Reine Santo of Fairchild; Mrs. Ella Merrill, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hart and daughter, Arlene and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Laverty and four daughters of Alma Center; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Warner of Chicago; Mrs. Elmer Sweerman of Stoughton; Mr. and Mrs. William Bauman and son of Aurora, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hansen of Oak Park, Ill.; Mrs. Marion Balliett of Augusta; Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Williams of Granton; Mrs. Palmer’s brother, I. Mrs. Palmer is the former Ellen Galster of Alma Center.
