Schlegelmilch, Marian (Marriage - 22 August 1969)

Miss Marian Schlegelmilch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Schlegelmilch of Neillsville, and Sgt. Jerry Foote, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Foote of Rt. 1 Neillsville, were married Friday, August 22, at 1 p.m. in Miesenbach, Germany. Burgermeister Germaine Salizar officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

Mr. and Mrs. Beldin Hughes, friends of the groom, were their attendants, and a wedding reception was held at their home for the bride and groom with 25 guests present.

Mr. and Mrs. Foote enjoyed a wedding trip to Paris, Luxemburg, Belgium and Holland.

The former Miss Schlegelmilch is a 1967 graduate of Neillsville High School and has been employed at the Marquette Bank in Minneapolis, Minn., for approximately two years. Sgt. Foote graduated from Neillsville High School in 1966 and continued working for a time at The Clark County Press and then at the Muffler Plant. He enlisted in the Air Force in April of 1966 and received his basic training at Amarillo, Texas. He was sent from there to the Fairchild AFB in Spokane, Wash., and left for Germany in August of 1967 where he has been stationed at the Ramstein Ari Force Base. He has one more year of duty there.
