Binnebose, William H., Sr. (21 Mar 1897 - 14 Oct 1970)

William H. Binnebose Sr., 73, 2820 Gaynor Ave., died at 2 a.m. Wed. at Veterans Hospital, Madison. Cause of death was a stroke.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Fri. at Ritchey Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Buckman officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Nekoosa.

Mr. Binnebose was born March 21, 1897, in Nekoosa, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Binnebose, and was a veteran of World War I. He was a lifelong resident of this area and owned and operated a refrigeration sales and service business until retiring in 1967.

He married Erna Dorpat in Milwaukee July 7, 1929.

Survivors include his wife; one son, William Binnebose Jr., Wisconsin Rapids; two daughters, Mrs. Carl Kegler, Tomah, and Mrs. Robert Clemmons, Portage; one brother, Gus Binnebose, Wisconsin Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Johnson, Waukesha, and Mrs. Olga Saterlund, St. Paul, Minn.; 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home today.
