Kielszewski, Ambrose J. (7 Dec. 1930 - 15 Feb. 2009)

 

MILLADORE -- Ambrose J. Kieliszewski, 78, of Milladore died Sun. Feb. 15, 2009, at his home under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thur. at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Milladore. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wed. at Martens/Rembs' Funeral Home (300 S. Oak Ave. - Marshfield, WI) in Junction City and again Thur. at the church from 9:30 a.m. until service time. There will be a 7 p.m. rosary service Wed. evening at the funeral home.

Ambrose was born Dec. 7, 1930, in Stevens Point to Alex and Sophie (Matuga) Kieliszewski. He was united in marriage to Evelyn Kuzynski on Nov. 26, 1952, at St. Casimir in Stevens Point.

They farmed in the town of Eau Pleine, Portage County, for more than 25 years. He was a truck driver for trucking and excavating businesses in the area.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn of Milladore; children, Leonard (Marcy) Kieliszewski of Stratford, Charlie (Kathy) Kieliszewski of Milladore, David (Melody) Kieliszewski of Milladore, Dolores Kieliszewski of Bancroft, Ronnie (Debbie) Kieliszewski of Junction City, and Ernie (Tanya) Kieliszewski of Stevens Point; 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by two sisters, Sophie Jakusz of Stevens Point and Sister Catherine Kieliszewski, SSJ of Lima, Peru.
